Co-leader of AMC-LahtiSince 2023
Professor in Atmospheric Science and Applied Mathematics. Shared position between University of Helsinki, INAR, and LUT University, Department of Computational Engineering. Main scientific interests: atmospheric chemistry and aerosol dynamics, and applying machine learning and AI techniques in these areas.

Joined Computational Engineering, LUT in 2023. M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronical and Information Engineering (2016, 2020) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Research: AI for atmospheric chemistry, 2D/3D processing, low/high-level computer vision.

Professor of applied mathematics at the Department of Computational Engineering, LUT University. Main field of interest: statistical inverse problems, especially Bayesian sampling methods for model calibration. Co-supervises several AMC-Lahti doctoral students.
